Here are the main rules that apply in Portugal and especially in the Sesimbra region, concerning the coronavirus (covid 19)

Our region is currently only slightly affected by this pandemic.
To date, travel throughout the country is free.

Restaurants are open with a maximum of 8 people per table inside and 15 people outside.
A health pass may be required. If you do not have one, you will have to do an antigen test.

Access to the beaches is free.

Masks must be worn in all shops and administrations. And in all places if a distance of 2 metres cannot be respected.
All these measures are constantly evolving.

Attention: according to the Portuguese law for guesthouses, you must present your health pass when you arrive. If you do not have one, an antigenic test will have to be carried out at the entrance.
Failure to present the pass or refusal of the antigenic test constitutes a refusal to comply with the regulations in force, and entry to the guest house will be refused.

For more detailed information, please refer directly to the websites of your respective embassies.

Regarding our guest house:

There are sufficient spaces, both inside the house and around the swimming pool to maintain sanitary distances.
At the main entrance you will find a hydroalcoholic gel, and masks.
A person will pass through the rooms every day to empty the bins and disinfect the main sources of contamination: door and window handles, etc.
Breakfasts will as usual be served around the pool on separate tables.
We live on site in another floor. We will therefore be at your disposal to facilitate your stay and make it as pleasant as possible.
We will be happy to receive you very soon
